The problem
Most SMB owners know AI could help, but not where it fits or what to do first. The usual options don't help: generic advice doesn't account for your business, and a full consulting engagement is slow and expensive. So the decision stalls, or money goes to the wrong thing.
What we built
An interactive, multi-step readiness assessment that scores a business across the areas where AI actually pays off and surfaces the highest-value opportunities on the spot. No sign-up to start, no consultant on-site, about three minutes.
It's the same method we'd run in a paid engagement, productised: business intake, workflow assessment, readiness scoring, quick wins and use-case prioritisation. The roadmap itself stays part of the paid assessment, where it can be built against a real business rather than eight answers.

What it delivers
A clear, prioritised starting point in a single sitting: a readiness score and the three highest-value opportunities. It turns "we should probably do something with AI" into a specific, ranked shortlist.
It also does something most readiness tools don't: it scores whether your workflows can support a human check. AI prepares, the human decides is a principle we hold ourselves to, so it's one of the four factors we weight rather than a line in a paragraph. A business that can't put a person in the loop isn't ready, and we'd rather the score say so.
